Thames Technology wins Manufacturer of the Year at GCVA Hall of Fame Awards
We are delighted to announce that Thames Technology was awarded the prestigious Manufacturer of the Year award at the Gift Card & Voucher Association (GCVA) Hall of Fame Awards, held on 12th September in London.
According to the panel of judges, our submission stood out not only for its ambition but the clear and documented outcomes, results and industry firsts. They also recognised our clear ambition to “revolutionise the gift card industry with eco-friendly solutions that exceed retailer and consumer expectations”.
We are proud that our demonstrated financial and non-financial results were achieved as a result of our engaged and empowered employees, a committed board and leadership team and our wider industry partners all working towards the vision of innovation and sustainability.
The awards evening brought together the best in the industry to celebrate outstanding contributions and innovations in the gift card sector.
Representing Thames Technology, our card experts Craig Padley, Duncan John, Andrew Toon, and Joanne Jordan were joined by Arne Rosenkranz, Paragon ID's Chief Financial Officer, and several customers and industry partners. These included Tara Spielhagen Hale and Ian Clowes from Swiipr, Tessa Unsworth from EML, Alizja Conteh from Givex, Nick Boaden and Neil Riche from Society of London Theatre & UK Theatre, and Annabel Mifsud from New Look.
It was a memorable evening filled with camaraderie, networking, and a shared celebration of achievements with colleagues from across the industry.
