Company growth drives expansion at Thames Technology
Thames Technology is delighted to announce a series of new appointments and internal promotions as a result of significant company growth and increased demand for our products and services.
The new appointments and promotions of the past few months have been made to ensure that Thames Technology customers always receive a fast, personal, and value-added service.
Andrew Meehan joined the Thames Technology senior management team as Operations Director on 31st January 2022. Andrew will be responsible for operational excellence across the organisation to ensure that Thames Technology continues to operate with a customer-centred approach. He will also be driving to increase environmental standards in line with the company’s strategy to bring its customers the greenest, and most sustainable products on the market.
Lyndsey Colford has been promoted from Account Manager to Account Director. Lyndsey has over 25 years’ experience within the card industry and has worked for Thames Technology for over 5 years as part of our retail card team. She has in-depth knowledge of the loyalty and gift card sector and how our solutions can help to drive sales for our customers.
Ian Rutter has been promoted from a customer services position to a Retail Account Manager role. He joined Thames Technology in August 2020 as a Customer Service Agent and has over 20 years of sales and account management experience.
Gary Firman has recently joined the financial card sales team as an Account Manager. Gary holds a degree in printing and publishing and joins us with over 10 years of both operational and customer service experience.
Steve Salmon joined the team as a print buyer in August 2021 with over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the production, purchasing and distribution of a wide range of print campaigns.
Two recent appointments have also been made within the production planning team. Paul Stevenson and Karen Cuthbert joined Thames Technology as Production Planners towards the end of 2021.
Georgia Clow and Shane Lock joined the retail customer service team at the end of 2021. Together with other colleagues in the retail customer service team they provide essential support to the account managers to enable them to respond to customer enquiries promptly.
