Sustainable materials

We are pleased to offer a choice of sustainable materials to meet your requirements.

Our paperboard membership cards are produced using Invercote Duo paperboard which is manufactured by Holmen Iggesund, an Ecovadis platinum company, using responsibly sourced raw materials. The paperboard is 100% recyclable and biodegradable with rigidity and thickness comparable to PVC. With emissions of only 33kg of CO2 per 1 tonne of material (compared with 800kg per tonne for conventional paperboard material) it helps keep your carbon footprint ultra-low.

For customers who require membership cards with an extended lifespan, our recycled PVC (rPVC) solution offers the best of both worlds, a sustainable card material which is also longer lasting. 

Versatility in design and customisation

Our creative design team is able to create stand-out designs and tailor each card to your exact requirements, incorporating each member's personal details as well as your unique branding elements.

Personalisation is now able to reach new heights with our VersaCoat coating option which has been specifically designed for personalised paperboard cards.

The coating is adaptable to thermal, drop-on-demand (DOD), and re-transfer personalisation processes providing vivid and precise full-colour printing when personalising cards with variable data such as photos, names, or membership details.

For individual despatch we don’t just personalise your membership cards, our advanced automation technology helps us to match and attach with accuracy, and then despatch cards to the agreed timescales.

Going one step further in pushing the boundaries with our secure packaging process, we take a hands-on approach to distribution. This means that alongside our automated solutions to fulfil your distribution requirements, we have a highly-specialised hand fulfilment team to ensure that each card goes to the correct person.
